Eoin McCullough SC was called to the Bar in 1985 and the Inner Bar in 2001. Eoin has been involved in the most significant Commercial, Corporate and Defamation cases that have come before the Irish Courts in recent years. He was also described by the Sunday Business Post in its “Legal 100” as being “one of the go-to senior counsels in constitutional cases”. Eoin is also an Accredited Mediator and the co-author of the leading Irish text on Defamation Law, which is in its second edition.
