Kelley Smith is a Senior Counsel specialising in commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on corporate restructuring and insolvency (both domestic and cross border). She has been called to the Bar of England and Wales. Kelley is the former chairperson of the Corporate and Insolvency Bar Association and is currently a committee member of the Commercial Litigation Association and the Tax Bar Association.

Recent high profile cases which address novel issues include Ballantyne Re, Nordic Aviation, Weatherford, Norwegian Air, Mallinckrodt, GTLK, Endo and Barclays Bank. She has also acted in litigation arising from insolvency including Wirecard and the Madoff litigation.
