Shelley Horan is a Senior Counsel practicing in Commercial and Regulatory Law. She is the author of Corporate Crime (2011, Bloomsbury Professional), a former Adjunct Professor of Law at Trinity College Dublin, a former lecturer at the Honorable Society of the King's Inns, was a member of the Company Law Review Group (CLRG) and is Chair of the Appeals Committee of the Chartered Accountants Ireland.
